Now Hiring: Real Estate Closing Specialist

Compensation: $40-55k

Location: Thomasville, NC

Onsite

Our client, a well-established real estate firm, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Specialist to join their team! This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with experience in title work, document preparation, and closing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up real estate files and requesting prior title policies

Preparing files for attorney title searches

Drafting real estate documents (contracts, affidavits, seller documents, promissory notes, deeds of trust)

Preparing HUD-1 Settlement Statements Closing Disclosures

Typing preliminary and final title opinions

Ordering payoffs and assisting in clearing title issues

Preparing lender closing packages and submitting files for electronic recording

Disbursing files post-closing and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Proficiency in SoftPro Select, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Acrobat Reader, and iTracs

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

A commitment to maintaining a positive office environment
