  THE JOB

  RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater is seeking a Manager – Parking & Traffic. The Parking & Traffic Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Parking & Traffic department and to ensure all guest, employee, artist and venue transportation needs are satisfied during event and non-event days.

  WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  Ensures all parking areas are safe, clean, orderly and well labeled. Also responsible for maximizing the space usage of all parking areas.

  Leads the traffic control for the venue, specifically at the beginning and end of an event day.

  Moves throughout the parking facilities to conduct weekly lot inspections to monitor and take corrective action when needed. Provides guidance and improvement and implements necessary adjustments. Should also monitor and inspect road signage and delineators for damage and repair/replace as needed.

  Ensures that all signage is properly placed and collected during event show days.

  Manages all equipment and inventory for the parking department such as check-out and check-in vests, wands and radios.

  Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the parking lots, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  Resolve parking lot disputes that occur.

  Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines parking staff for the efficient operation of the parking department.

  Liases with third party traffic company, state and local law enforcement, county officials and Four Creeks Neighborhood Association.

  Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments.

  Regularly reviews and evaluates the department and recommends and implements new operational policies and procedures when necessary. Curates non-existent SOPs.

  Investigates and resolves parking complaints. Interacts positively with guests.

  Other tasks as assigned by the GM/AGM/Operations Manager

  WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  High School Diploma or equivalent

  At least 2 years of experience in customer service or comparable role

  Previous experience working in parking

  Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills

  Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, react quickly and think on your feet

  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  Previous experience leading a team

  Demonstrates ability to execute programs or new initiatives

  Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting

  Valid Driver’s License

  The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:

  $20.80 USD - $26.00 Hourly
