Job Summary: Asa Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role helping the inside andoutside sales teams improve their productivity by being the liaisonbetween the dealer/installer and our internal business partners. TheSales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrativeactivities not tied to revenue, coordinating sales activities, andfostering effective communication between the sales department, internalbusiness partners and our customers. This position requires excellentorganizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and theability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Run reports to support customer meetings and theoverall sales process (future state) Create PowerPoint presentations toaid as a selling tool for ISR\'s and Field Sales (future state) Processmanual orders for dealers that are purchasing through a retail outletPartner with internal business partners to help with post order supportMaintain and monitor customer portals on Generac websites (D360 andeCommerce) to ensure accuracy, completeness and be first line supportwhen issues arise. Create and maintain process documents for the team todevelop a self-serve mentality Process name changes and business changesfor Dealers that are going through acquisitions Proactively monitorssales levels for dealers and communicate accordingly to the sales teamif the dealer is close to gaining or losing a tier Act as a liaisonbetween the sales teams, internal business partners, and externalcustomers, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Ongoingeffort to enhance processes and procedures by utilizing a ContinuousImprovement mindset.
