Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for reviewing daily work orders and invoicing customer's accordingly to service provided. He/ she promotes organic growth of the product segment through fast and accurate responses, interchanging OTC products where possible and applying pricing directives.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely review and invoice of all completed work orders
Manage and track outgoing purchase orders to vendors
Resolve billing disputes as necessary
Ensure inventory accuracy
Act as subject matter expert for all key products within the segment: research and answer technical product or system queries to internal staff, coach and internal sales resources as necessary, etc.
Service Support - Central Dispatch, Customer Follow up, Lead Generation, Warranty Administration
Qualifications:
Demonstrated technical expertise in specified product segment
Computer software skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and Infor SXE)
Ability to work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Sense of urgency; responds to requests in a timely manner.
Strong (email, phone, web and in person) communication and customer service skills. (Prior experience in a customer service role preferred).
