Overview

　　Pay range: $13.00 - $16.00 an hour

　　The Clerk is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and clerical tasks.

　　Essential Functions

　　Data Entry

　　Customer Service

　　Clerical tasks

　　Cashier tasks

　　Answering phones

　　Deliveries (walking distance)

　　Data postings regarding billing

　　Responsibilities

　　Daily revenue posting

　　Support other personnel as required

　　Post payments on customer accounts

　　Tenant validations

　　Copy, scan, and fax documents

　　Qualifications

　　One year of similar experience preferred.

　　Must be 21 years of age or older.

　　Must have computer knowledge

　　Must have a valid driver's license

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Customer Service Experience
