  DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this role, you will provide administrative support to the park office by answering phone calls, emails, and assisting visitors. This role involves completing various tasks, such as preparing correspondence and reports, as well as making reservations, issuing permits, and collecting fees. You will also distribute camping receipts and maintain a professional image through your uniform, verbal skills, and knowledge of the park. Furthermore, you will interact with park visitors, explaining park rules and regulations, and conducting patrols using different modes of transportation. Your responsibilities also include monitoring the security of park buildings, assisting in emergency situations, performing light maintenance duties, and inspecting trails and boundaries for safety.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  Seasonal Full-time employment without benefitsWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday - Monday, with a 30-minute lunch. Schedule will vary based on operational needs.Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed; 37.5 hours/week - 7-day operation.Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
