PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

　　Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership and directs activities of labor crew to provide assistance to Superintendent.

　　Analyzes and plans daily work operations, including safety considerations to provide assistance to Superintendent.

　　Ensures all tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and proper working condition to provide assistance to Superintendent.

　　Directs Laborers to organize material and equipment.

　　Provides inventory status and controls for materials.

　　Assists with personnel needs, schedules, and assigns work to ensure projects are finished in a timely and efficient manner within budget to provide assistance to Superintendent. Responsible for productivity of estimated labor hours to actual work hours on assigned projects.

　　Assists on assigned jobs that may include but are not limited to: Reviewing contract documents and requirements, preparing and updating project schedules for contracting customers and/or subcontractors, maintaining progress of active projects.

　　PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

　　Education:High School diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

　　Experience:Minimum of 5 years construction, warehouse, or facility management experience

　　Licenses:Must have CDL, favorable driver history Record, and ability to complete physical exam to meet Dept. of Transportation driver requirements.

　　Skills:

　　Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel; aptitude to learn in-house systems; keyboarding skills sufficient to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.Calculator: Working knowledge.Math: Excellent math skills to perform calculations and analyze data pertinent to daily job responsibilities.```{=html}
