　　Probate Paralegal

　　Our client, a Probate firm seeks an estate/trust/conservatorship administration and probate litigation paralegal. Individual should be a detail-oriented team player with effective communication skills. Must have paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies. Experience in probate, estate planning, accounting or litigation a plus but not required. Salary to commensurate with experience. 1040 and 1041 tax preparation, Word, e-filing, Simplifile, TABS3 and PracticeMaster experience a plus. 　　Requirements - 3+ years of relevant experience

　　Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

　　General familiarity with Annual Income Tax Provision

　　Adeptness in Prepare Tax Returns

　　Foundational knowledge in Probate & Estate Administration

　　Expertise in Probate

　　Experience with Probate Law

　　Probate Litigation experience desired

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Administrative Proceedings

　　Deep understanding of Probate

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
