　　Overall, 12 Plus years of Experience

　　Should be From Developement Background, Either Java,.Net,Devops

　　Strong experience convert requirements into user stories and story points

　　Sprint plaining and track and update daily status, present metrics and risks to stackholder

　　Strong people management skills and ability to define process.

　　Ability to identify people, processes and technical risks, populate risk mitigation plans.

　　Ability to capture metrics and present it on project delivery health.

　　Good communication and presentation skills
