Description:
The position of Senior Wireman – Panel Builder has the responsibility of assembling and wiring Industrial Control Panels, Electro/Mechanical sub-assemblies, and/or major assemblies built to internal and/or customer specified quality requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to read and understand mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumaticdrawings, schematics, and diagrams.• Must be able to apply these technical skills in an effective manner.• Must possess demonstrated interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.• Employee may be required to assist in the development and build of prototype industrialcontrol panels and assemblies, to provide a level of technical expertise in identification,correction and repair of non-conforming materials.• Documentation and notification of such discrepancies required per standard operationalprocedures.• Proficient in basic computer skills; e.g., e-mail, MRP software.• Must possess the knowledge to select and use assembly and wiring tools such asmanuals and pneumatic or electric hand tools.• Status as Certified IPS Specialist to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and familiarity with UL-508Astandards a plus.
High School Education or GED is required• Additional education is preferred.• 5 years of related work experience is required.• Prior wireman – panel builder work experience is preferred
