  This is a rolewell suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set andgain hands-on experience. As an HR Intern you will be responsible for :

  Employee Engagementand Culture

  Provide HR support to impact ourculture and employee experience by managing day-to-day tasks and long-termprojects and processes.

  the HR Partner ondevelopment and engagement topics.

  Support specific Talent developmentinitiatives within Healthineers businesses.

  Research best practice in the areas of talent development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

  Coordinate analysis of the engagement survey

  Required skills and education to have for thesuccess of this role:

  Currently enrolled in a Master’sdegree program, majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, BusinessAdministration, Labor Relations, or related discipline

  Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
