Minimum Requirements:High school diploma and two years of commercial painting experience. Commercial driver's license may be required to be obtained within first six months of employment, police record check, insurable by University insurance carrier and employment physical. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. Grade 4 (Hourly).Position Description:Perform skilled work in painting, caulking, and patch finishing exterior and interior surfaces of buildings and other structures, surfaces, and equipment.
