Key Responsibilities

　　· Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures

　　· Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures

　　· Perform regular cycle counts and work to ensure inventory accuracy

　　· Barcode materials and locations of materials to allow for scanning

　　· Support Stock out Issues, root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence

　　· Process mail shipments

　　· Process repairs of spare parts or tools finding the best vendor to perform the repair in a timely manner and arrange shipping of repair parts to vendor

　　· Fill in for both plant locations and at times opposite shifts

　　· Interface with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations and Engineering teams daily

　　· Identify and execute Continuous Improvement Projects

　　· Identify cost savings with suppliers

　　· Identify Obsolete Inventory assisting in resolutions

　　· Responsible for Invoice Resolutions supporting Accounts Payable

　　· Other duties as assigned within the Indirect Purchasing Scope

　　· Responsible for communicating when there is an issue affecting the Environment, Health, Safety or Quality to his / her respective Manager

　　Qualification and Skills

　　High School Diploma

　　Basic Computer Skills

　　Ability to work well under pressure and to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

　　Ability to take direction well and possess a pleasant disposition

　　Strong problem-solving skills Effective communication written and orally

　　Desirable Associates Degree Business

　　Preferred 1 year Manufacturing Experience

　　Basic Understanding MS Outlook, Word, Excel SAP MRP Experience
