Oversees branch operations related to sales, service,security, and compliance. Develops new and improves current proceduresthat enhance the member experience for their branch. Responsible for thehiring, training and development, coaching, and performance managementof all levels of their branch staff. REQUIREMENTS: 1. High schooldiploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred. Minimum of two yearssupervisory experience in a financial environment. Prior managementexperience required. Equivalent combination of education and experiencewill be considered. 2. Demonstrated experience balancing multiplepriorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume workenvironment with strong attention to detail. 3. Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills, problem solving skills, organizationalskills and the ability to work independently. 4. Ability to useindependent judgment and discretion in various situations whilemaintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 5. Must have, or be ableto attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) andbe licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance.6. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and proceduresas they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with alljob-related state and federal laws and regulations. PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.
