About Outside Sales Representative

  JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible forinbound and outbound calls and follow-up to ensure targeted profitablegrowth in support of the Commercial and Industrial lines of business.This involves engaging in all new development activities of an assignedbook of business. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new revenue growth bygenerating outbound calls within existing services areas to new B2Bprospects for permanent commercial and industrial customers Effectivelyrespond to inbound calls to close high percentage of business and driveprice and term. Contact the appropriate sales representative to flip theopportunity if unable to close on permanent business Complete allrequired paperwork and other miscellaneous reports Develop and maintaina thorough knowledge of the company\'s available services, lines ofbusiness, pricing structures, and offers additional services asappropriate to existing customers Utilize prospecting and retentioncustomer database while scheduling and documenting all activities. Dailyphone blocking to achieve required activity standards Responsible forachieving and/or exceeding monthly growth quota Performs otherjob-relate d duties as assigned Qualifications: Required High Schooldiploma or GED. One (1) or more years of sales and/or customer serviceexperience Microsoft Office experience Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to generate and manage leads, opportunities and contractnegotiations Effective influential, selling, and closing skills Abilityto communicate effectively with internal and external customers Strongwork ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentialityAbility to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a teamenvironment or as an individual contributor Excellent analytical,attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write,and comprehend reports and associated documents Ability to understandand follow oral and written instructions Ability to prioritize workloadand meet time sensiti ve deadlines Business acumen and ability to workeffectively across various teams and levels Flexibility to accept andadapt to change as well as the commitment to seek continuous improvementDemonstrate continuous effort to improve operation, decrease turnaroundtimes, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly toprovide quality seamless customer service Ability to exert muscle forceto lift, push, pull or carry objects Ability to coordinate two or morelimbs (for example: two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) whilesitting or standing Ability to make simple and repeated movements of thefingers, hands, and wrists Knowledge of proper lifting techniquesAbility to follow all company safety policies and procedures #GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
