Fourth Street Clinic began in 1988 as a triage clinic with one part-time nurse, relying on hospital volunteers for patient treatment. Today, Fourth Street Clinic operates with a staff of nearly 100 individuals and an eight-figure annual budget. Last year, we provided comprehensive health care to 5,369 unsheltered individuals through more than 20,000 visits.
