The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expertin Sales Compensation. A strategic thinker with strong stakeholdermanagement and communication skills. This role will be tasked withmanaging and improving the sales compensation programs at Uber Freightin addition to working with the Total Rewards team to manage a best inclass compensation program for the company. This requires workingclosely with our sales leaders, sales operations, and finance partnersto ensure the programs incentivize behaviors aligned with businesspriorities.
What the Candidate Will Do
Responsible for collaborating with the VP of Total Rewards, keybusiness, and HR stakeholders to develop and manage the salescompensation philosophy and programs at Uber FreightSupport and manage compensation programs for the sales teamsWork with Sales Operations on day-to-day sales compensation andcommissions administration process including global monthlycommission payout, monthly adjustments, and management ofcases/inquiries submitted by business partnersHelps design, budget, and administer the annual review process andcompany bonus programsEnsures the companys sales compensation program is aligned with ourbusiness strategy and is compliant and equitable across alldiversity lensesMaintains company pay ranges and periodic benchmarking processEducates managers and recruiters on best approaches to attract,engage and retain talent from a variety of backgrounds andindustriesEffectively partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HRBusiness Partners, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Payroll, andmanagers across the organizationBasic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree3+ years of Compensation with a focus on Sales CompensationPreferred Qualifications
Preferred Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics,Economics or other Business or Analytics related field5+ years of Sales Compensation Experience with exposure to broadbased and executive compensation.Expert level in Excel (proficient in building models and tools)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to driveinitiatives and projects with managementStrong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, able totranslate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and actionAbout Uber Freight

For Washington-based roles: The salary range for this role is \$88,000per year - \$110,000 per year.
For New York-based roles: The salary range for this role is \$88,000 peryear - \$110,000 per year.
Fo California-based roles: The salary range for this role is \$96,000per year - \$120,00 per year.
For Colorado-based roles: The salary range for this role is \$80,000 peryear - \$100,00 per year.
