Seeking those who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, have a friendly and outgoing personality, have knowledge about shooting and fishing sports, are reliable, a good communicator, have strong organizational skills, and are self-starters who can work independently and at same time with others.
Core ResponsibilitiesPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting
Experience or training in equestrian, RTV trail riding, and hunting activities preferred.
Ability to become part of a cohesive team.
Must follow and ensure others are following all safety rules.
Ability to perform job with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of property and resort offerings.
Required Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license.
Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, and/or instruction a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules, holidays and weekends.
Intuitive sense of Hospitality.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
