  What You-ll Do

  We're looking for a Communications Coordinator who will play a vital role in shaping our brand narratives and helping us connect with the world. You'll be a key player in our PR efforts, turning our actions into integrated campaigns that shape perceptions and highlight our unique expertise in skincare. In this role, you'll also support our innovation and corporate communications efforts, reinforcing our distinctive position in the industry.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Be an active and integral part of our PR team by providing research and assets, supporting interview requests, and managing various editorial tasks efficiently.

  Create engaging social media assets and support campaigns that focus on sustainability, education, purpose, and industry achievements.

  Collaborate closely with the Director of PR and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for PR events at Dermalogica HQ and flagship stores, aligning them with our brand goals and values.

  Handle various aspects of event coordination, from venue sourcing to talent coordination, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to budgets.

  Assist in the development of a brand impact strategy that resonates with our purpose and values, actively participating in its activation, and assisting with asset development, toolkit creation, and roll-out to global markets.

  Manage PR awards and licensing in collaboration with internal departments.

  Partner with our influencer and consumer engagement team, lending your expertise to support key programs.

  Provide essential administrative support, including budget management, invoicing, and creative brief input.

  What You-ll Need

  Qualifications:

  Public relations/communications experience required

  Highly digitally savvy

  Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related software skills

  Key Skills and Abilities:

  Strong writer with ability to adopt brand voice and adapt for different audiences (press, social, internal, etc.)

  Strong communications skills, solid organizational skills, visual skills, ability to prioritize

  A sense of cultural awareness and appreciation and understanding of social and political issues

  Creative thinker, with ability to generate new ideas and identify solid design concepts

  Strong collaborator and team player

  Ability to work in fast-paced environment

  What We Offer

  Competitive hourly rate range of $27.00-28.00; exact hourly rate determined by various factors including experience, skills, education and budget
