　　Each Driver Earns $85-100,000 per Year

　　To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

　　Hold a valid Class A CDL license - Have at least 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle

　　Be at least 21 years of age

　　Pass a DOT physical and drug screening and able to pass a background check for additional state licensing.

　　Haz-Mat or Ability to obtain Haz-Mat a plus

　　Ability and willingness to operate a Manual Transmission

　　Compensation:

　　$6,000 Sign-on Bonus Per Driver paid over 12 months

　　$0.75 per mile split to the team

　　Stop pay for each stop, Detention Pay, Layover Pay, Paid per Driver

　　Daily meal allowance

　　We work to schedule, so each team has 1 week off for every 4 weeks out. You can take your truck home if there is parking in your area. No having to leave it at a company terminal or approved drop lot.

　　While no company is perfect, IBI works hard to provide its drivers an opportunity for a life beyond the truck. This is why many of our drivers stay so long and intend to retire from IBI.
