The Opportunity
This position works out of our Scottsdale, AZ location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
We are seeking a high caliber Scheduler III who will provide organization support by working directly with cross functional teams to coordinate and execute activities related to the development of packaging and labeling for new product launches and maintenance of division's products
What You’ll Work On
Master site coordinator for systems responsible for finished goods and service materials data.
Responsible for the management of SKU assignments working with cross functional teams (e.g. Operations, Marketing, R&D and Corporate organizations).
Responsible for coordinating packaging graphics artwork through the cross functional division proofing process to achieve deadlines for new product releases, product revisions and product launch.
Maintains proper routing to support division's quality systems.
Coordinates the update and submission of Engineering Changes for documents and procedures.
Responsible for gaining and evaluating submissions of new software and services to support labeling production team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Education:
Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience/Background:
Minimum 3 years Coordinating or equivalent
Some graphics background/vocabulary preferred
Some document management system experience (e.g. Agile)
Some product logistics data management systems
No Experience ability to work on premises for core working hours of department

The base pay for this position is $26.30 – $52.60 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
