　　Job Description:

　　3M OCSD requires a full-time orthodontic product specialist for Queensland/Northern Territory.

　　The role will be dedicated to promoting and selling the range of 3M orthodontic products to a specific customer base across both states.

　　The orthodontic product specialist provides representation to oral care professionals through the provision of value adding education and training, as well as conveying 3M superior solutions that enhance the workmanship of customers, the viability of their businesses and providing what their customers need.

　　Product Portfolio

　　The 3M Orthodontic product portfolio primarily consists of:

　　Clear Tray Aligners (Flex and Force™)

　　Digital Bonding

　　Metal Brackets (Victory Series™, Mini-Utwin™, Miniature Twin)

　　Ceramic Brackets (Clarity Advanced™)

　　Curing lights (Luminous™ Curing Light)

　　Adhesives (Transbond™)

　　Primers (Self-Etching Primer™, Transbond™)

　　Band Cements (Multi-cure™, Transbond Plus™)

　　Lingual Appliances (Incognito™)

　　Cement products (Multi-cure™)

　　New Product Introductions (NPI’s) as they become available

　　Customer Base

　　The 3M orthodontic sales team is responsible for managing and growing a dedicated sales territory consisting of oral care professionals, including but not limited to:

　　Orthodontic practitioners (stand-alone practices, multi-site ownership etc)

　　Corporate structure dental groups at an individual practice level

　　Relevant government funded dental entities (hospital clinics, community clinics, Department of Defense etc)

　　Dental teaching universities and schools

　　All customers, including government entities, purchase 3M orthodontic products directly from 3M Oral Care orthodontics.

　　Geographical Coverage

　　The salesperson for this role will be responsible for Queensland and the Northern Territory.
