We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Organizational Change Management Professional to join our Organizational Services team within our Finance and Administration group at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems located in Poway, CA. This person will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage and will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSINILITIES:
Create and deliver OCM/Communication strategies, plans and deliverables to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs/tools/processes, etc.
Develop relationships with stakeholders and a working knowledge of existing business processes to identify and understand the impacts of changes; manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy.
Maintain detailed OCM project plans to define each project phase’s timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
Administer pre/post implementation surveys, perform analysis, and measure the results of changes.
Additional tasks include supporting Professional Development:
Conduct employee tours of the company manufacturing facilities
Host Professional Development in person and virtual ( utilizing Microsoft Teams) events
Support pre and post event activities- scheduling; material preparation; enrollments; POC for presenters; event assessments
Assist with design of SharePoint pages
Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Job Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional project administration experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must demonstrate a complete understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes. Must be customer focused and possess:
The ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
Strong interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals; and good computer skills.

Hands-on experience in change management-related programs (e.g., stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, change readiness assessment, etc.).
