  Admin and Reception Support

  Greet and check in visitors, Issue visitor badges

  Answer and screen the company calls and voice mail. Take messages and forward to appropriate person or department.

  Maintain the customer reception area, to include, cleaning, set up, and ensuring supplies provided

  Manage conference rooms, reservations and any AV equipment issues

  Receive in and outbound US mail, FedEx deliveries, and coordinate with mail room

  Provide general administrative support for employees

  Coordinate with facilities to address any request for repairs or maintenance

  Create purchase requisitions and accounts payable service entries in SAP system

  Back-up to other Admin support team members

  All other duties as assigned

  Requirements

  High school diploma or higher

  5+ years relevant experience

  Must have the characteristics and experience as follows:

  Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  Flexibility to address a variety of challenges on a day to day basis

  Must have strong personal initiative and organization skills

  Able to balance numerous priorities

  Maintain strict confidentiality

  Strong MS Office Suite skills
