Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting edge treatments and make a difference!
Type : Contract to hire
Shift : M-F 1 st shift
Pay : $21.50
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Key dimensions: Initiative, resilience, prioritization, and organization, time management, ability to multi-task and develop solutions.
Pharma knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities:
Working independently, managing the receipt, processing, special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient, expeditious and quality-oriented manner.
Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.
Ensure proper receipt, validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI, fax, mail or phone.
Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues, answer product pricing, shipping questions, backorders, marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.
