　　About the role:

　　As part of the IT Supply Chain Support team, you will provide front-line support for our growing Supply Chain operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, on-prem EBS, Custom applications, and more to help ensure our business partners 'continued success.

　　The individual we are looking to hire will work with the team of analysts and developers to support and enhance the on-prem and cloud Oracle systems. The IT Supply Chain Support team leverages a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued support our Global Supply Chain Operations teams. As a Developer, you will be responsible for participating in the on-going maintenance and enhancements of our existing code base within an Agile framework. You will be expected to become an advocate for code quality and standards of development while also taking a hand in mentoring and guiding the more junior members of our team. You will also be expected to contribute to the technical designing of solutions of our complex business problems. When you are successful in this role, you will have a distinct impact on teams, products, and individuals outside of your own team. You will be expected to learn our business processes and procedures, participate in design meetings, propose and deliver solutions to existing problems, and work with business users to undersrtnad issues and validat solutions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Participate in the support of existing Supply Chain applications Guide and drive technical solutions to complex business problems Participate in strategic improvements to the operational resiliency and scalability. Provide Application solutions across different Oracle Application Technologies Create Service Oriented Architecture (SOACS) services for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Create and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users Develop simple to complex programs on supported database and ETL technologies Mentor and guide junior members of the team Participate in Agile SDLC Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications to identify solutions Work with their functional counterparts to provide technical details of ask and work with them to deliver a technical solution. Define and manage automated testing of solutions to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions developed can be used by end users.

　　Requirements:

　　3-6 years of Development experience in Oracle EBS/Applications Five plus years of development experience to include Oracle PL/SQ or SOACS Have strong SQL, PL/SQL, relational database, and ETL knowledge and hands on experience Knowledge of Supply Chain services, strategy and processes will be preferred Oracle EBS experience a plus Experience with working a support queue Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a big plus. Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas To be a good active listener and communicator
