Operations Supervisor Job in Pittsfield Job type: Direct Hire Pay:\$60-65k Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:30p - 9:30p Location: PittsfieldTEC is helping a local transportation company recruit for an OperationsSupervisor. The OS is responsible for providing a safe and efficientworking operation at this organization. This person will be a customerservice representative while also being the direct supervisor to all busoperators. Job duties: -Schedule employees to driving shifts to maintainstaff coverage as required. -Accurately maintain system documentation,such as payroll information, work attendance, and employee performanceevaluations. -Document, investigate, and resolve passenger complaints orconcerns. -Document and investigate collisions involving transitvehicles; prepare the proper reports. -Evaluate and document theperformance of subordinate personnel. -Count fare revenue and preparethe necessary documentation. -Operate a CDL vehicle as required, asrequested, or in an emergency. -Relieve and/or otherwise assist drivers,as needed. -Explain difficult or complex tasks to employees in atraining capacity, as required. -Attend regular trainings as scheduledby the department supervisor and/or Assistant General Manager. -Completeother duties as assigned.
