Description

　　CNA 2 - Cardiology unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift opening, (7pm-7:30pm, 3, 12-hour shifts per week), with rotating weekends. $4,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

　　This unique position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained to read telemetry (ECG) rhythms as part of telemetry services, and provide breaks to house-wide sitters. This is a great opportunity for those interested in cardiac nursing or telemetry, and comes with a lot of autonomy and flexibility!

　　Extra Incentives:

　　Evening shift differential – $ 2.25 p/hr

　　Night shift differential – $4.00 p/hr

　　The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course Or equivalent educ/experience

　　CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.

　　Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　Preferred Qualifications:
