Position Summary An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting theCVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution andperformance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through afocus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite,the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensuresthat store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring thecompletion of all opening and closing procedures. EssentialFunctions: 1. Management Work effectively with store management andstore crews Supervise the stores crew through assigning, directing andfollowing up of all activities Effectively communicate information bothto and from store management and crews 2. Customer Service Assistcustomers with their questions, problems and complaints Promote CVScustomer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank) Handle allcustomer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promotea positive shopping experience for all CVS customers Provide colleaguespersonalized customer service feedback and coaching (E.g., myImpactcoaching; myCustomer feedback; personal observations) Maintaincustomer/patient confidentiality 3. Merchandise/Presentation Pricemerchandise Stock shelves Support the planning, execute the displays,sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandiseSupport the planning, execute the display and maintenance of off-shelfmerchandise Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability,analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills,supervision, and influencing skills Ability to work a full-time flexibleschedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, towork overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the storewhen they arise Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retailsupervisor Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but notrequired.
