Position Summary
As a Decision Support Specialist , you will be responsible to launch, sustain and develop the long-term strategic planning tool - ATLAS.
Before the Planning Cycle (Oct - Jan), the main responsibilities are to develop all necessary updates to the tool, validate the list of cells and requirements from Centre and Market Stakeholders and pre-set the tool for the cycle start in January.
During the Planning Cycle (Feb - May), the main responsibilities are, to support all 60+ markets and Centre stakeholders with their queries, ensure completion of the tool data and attainment to pre-set timeline.
After the Planning Cycle (Jun - Sep), the main responsibilities are actively participating in the Group Strategy analysis/presentations held in June Executive Board and November Glion meeting.

A Day in the Life of a Decision Support Specialist
Develop and provide to tool Users relevant training material / sessions focused on tool usage and interpretation
Launch the ATLAS tool to the markets: Historical data for P&L / Balance Sheet and asset reallocation exercise (scope-in / out; past & future)
Support the different MBS / ATLAS workshops in the markets prior to their MBS presentation at the Centre with meaningful analysis out of the ATLAS tool
Provide strong and meaningful analysis on Portfolio Strategy and Business Planning to be used at Group Board Level discussions
Coordinate all MBS process related activities between all stakeholders and ensure attainment to key deliverables and proposed timelines (e.g. alignment with businesses on MSB requests / Letters)
Assist markets in the MBS preparation and ensure proper usage of ATLAS output / charts in the MBS documents submitted / presented at the Centre
Together with IS/IT (Internal and External), work on development of tool improvements focusing on better functionalities, ensuring/implementing the latest changes in accounting standards and group reporting structure
Support SBUs/Zones and Operations Controlling on the Capex Allocation Process for Y+1 (Proposed Envelope based on the output of the ATLAS tool)
What will make you successful
University / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting / Management Accounting
Certification would be an asset
3-5 years experience in controlling (preferably business controlling)
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications - in particular Excel & PowerPoint
Open minded attitude and advanced problem solving ability
Proficiency in English language is needed (other languages are a plus)
