JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do Performs assigned systemcommissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioningtools Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, andcontrol problems Responds to basic warranty calls. How you will do itLoads system-level controller software.Performs basic commissioning andsystem diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e.sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioningdocumentation Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informedof job progress and issues Calibrates systems requiring basic electronictest equipment Completes administrative tasks including but not limitedto time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation Documentschanges and provides information for as-built documentation Communicateswith the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving thework site Follows all safety standards and attends required safetytraining. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safetyWhat we look for Required Demonstrated technical aptitude Able to usehand and power tools (i.e., drills, saws, etc.) Basic computer skillsrequired Attention to detail Effective communication and listeningskills Depending on location, the mounting and termination of lowvoltage devices may have special licensing requirements Must be a USCitizen Preferred Two years\' experience in installing electronic and/ormechanical systems.
