Position Summary:
The Operations Market Trainer deploys and facilitatesoperationstraining and program initiatives as part of the Business Training team.This position will establish strong cross-functional relationships within the company and drive alignment and improvement in employee performance through deploying effective training solutions.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Facilitate the deployment of functional development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees
Assess the execution of training programs for accuracy & quality and make recommendations for improvement as needed
Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
Provide support, mentorship, training, and guidance to field-based employees in one-on-one as well as group settings
Conduct training that motivates, provides resources, and improves individual's overall performance and contribution to their roles
Address current organizational learning needs by deploying training, building partnerships, and gathering input from key organizational stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying the success and opportunities for training and program initiatives within the business units, programs, and offerings
Employ effective coaching methodologies to analyze and diagnose performance gaps
Drive training and learning data used for continuous improvement through deployment of new training programs
Participate on project teams and assist with vendor relationships
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience
Direct experience in individual and group training and facilitation
Experience in beverage industry operations
Proficient in MS Office Suite software
Ability to travel 45 - 65%
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
A proven track record of training program deployment and facilitation
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Relevant training and coaching experience
