We have an excellent opportunity for an Operational Manager to join our Employee Share Plans team, based in our Yarra Falls, Abbotsford office. If you're looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you've found the right role.
This role sits within Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) division which is the largest provider of Employee Share Plan management services in Australia. CPM supports over 100 employee centric companies in delivering share plans and managing over 300,000 employee participants. You will be joining and organisation undergoing positive change and leading the market in innovation.
A role you will love
As an Operational Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers to effectively build and maintain relationships across key clients and to lead and take operational ownership of client relationships, working with our stakeholders to build on these relationships and enhance the reputation of Computershare.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring client requests are monitored and prioritised correctly by the team including monitoring service levels and client satisfaction, reporting on client status and checking quality and completeness of client requests before they are executedOverall SME for key clients, plans, product and process, in-depth technical understanding of the system processesLiaising with Business Support unit on strategic or operational decisionsLiaising with Senior Management on the operational health of the client portfolioLiaise with Associate Directors of Client Management on strategic changes to clients, influence commercials based on operational impacts and provide MI to support the operational health of the clientsUnderstanding of budget allocated to area and team
