　　A role you will love

　　This role hold will be responsible for day to day of Corporate Actions Event Specialist, including but not limited to:

　　Review Letters of transmittal, stock certificates and other documents submitted for complex, sensitive, and manual corporate actions to ascertain whether they are properly completed and duly executed in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Letters of Transmittal Verify wire instructions, international currency exchange from, if applicable, and update wire spreadsheet Review restriction library and apply appropriate legend if applicable. Conduct quality review on work that has been processed. Also, responsible to assist in the training of new employees.Responsible for research, reconciliation, call outs, and cosmos updates. Assist in processing validly submitted Corporate Actions items including DTC add-to-balance and withdrawals, conversions, odd lots, post-merger clean-up and account maintenance.May be required to contact clients and vendors as needed. Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

　　Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University. 7 - 10 years of Financial Services/Transfer Agent experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Project and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Vendor relationship skills Extensive knowledge of COSMOS (incl maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP, ATOP including reporting preferred.
