Operations & Electronic Payments Intern

　　The Consumers Credit Union is looking to hire a passionate Operations & Electronic Payments Intern for the Summer of 2024! This internship involves working collaboratively with credit union teams and partners to enhance existing products and developing future products. You will be involved with departmental and cross-functional projects aimed at improving the member experience by driving change and cultivating efficiencies using product knowledge and feedback from employees and members. 

　　What you will do:

　　Day to day tickets/tasks which help support member serviceResearch of competitor product offerings as requestedROI on Epay or Operation productsEx: Analysis on cost for Instant Issue offering at every office vs rushing cards from PSCU Cross trained in Electronic Payments, Facilities, System Operations and Project Management.

　　What you will bring to the table:

　　Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.A high level of comfort with technology, and the desire to learn and use new technology.Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.A passion for superior member experience and a servant leader attitude for tackling challenges. You will be the solution and act purposeful as you play a key role in developing this cross-functional role.
