Customer Service Representative (Onsite in Rancho Cordova)
Schedule: Monday- Friday- 8-hour shift between 7 am and 5pm, no late nights, no weekends
Pay: 18.00 starting, Increase of $4.64 per hr. after 6 months!

Description:
• Answer phones and provide information to callers; Take messages and route calls as appropriate.
• Understand the organization and help navigate patients through it.
• Maintain office appearance on a daily basis.
• Schedule appointments.
• Copy and shred as directed
• Remind patients of upcoming appointments.
• May perform closing duties.
• Facilitate new patient registration.
• Receive and process fees or credit card payments prior to client appointments.
• Determine client/patient eligibility.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
In one or more of the following
Call Center Customer service in medical field, patient access, patient scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling appointments
