Summary of main responsibilities
Operations Analyst is responsible for data and technology management to support and enable Singapore Hub Operations processes including data mining, business analysis, data integrity, data acquisition, ERP business systems analysis and functionality, reporting, and analysis. Uses standard and specialized business software tools to assist Operations in managing business processes and performance. Identify ideas to improve Singapore Hub operations process and reduce costs to served
Responsibilities :
Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are developed and governed such that all necessary master data components are accurately maintained in ERP to properly manage customer ordering, fulfilment and invoicing.Manage 3rd party logistic provider’s operational performance and efficiency against KPIs, maintain cost to serve against budget and manage OTC activities.In partnership with IT and global inventory team to resolve system interface issue and identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolveWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexityProvide day-to-day support to Order to cash activities, as well as logistics activities.Collaborate with theLSP'sinternal Customer Service team to advise them on any issues impacting customers.Analyze and review the distribution procedures of warehouse operations for continuous improvementManage and plan transportation, storage, and distribution activities with the LSP team.Work with planning team on product availability issues, slow & excess inventory resolutionWork jointly with the operations leader to minimize transportation costs, shipments to multiple destinations, and establish product availability.Maintain a proper internal control environment over processes and dataRequirements :
University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent3-5 years related experience in with healthcare industry experience preferredExperience in warehouse, logistics management and inventory managementAbility to work and adapt in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls over details to support decisionsDemonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customersEffective in structuring, analyzing and understanding dataLogistic provider management experience and SAP knowledge is a mustGood communication skillsCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
