The On Wing Support Technician will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance, repair and field services.
In the On Wing Support Technician role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, field repairs, and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, as the On Wing Support Technician, you will :
Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects.
Inform and Focus the needs of customers, always delivering with focus.
Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.
Act with humility and lead with transparency at all times.
Qualifications / Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum of 24 months of experience in repair of large commercial engines
Powerplant Mechanic (A&P) license
Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international air locations of large commercial engines, as required.
Desired Characteristics:
Approach work with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives
Prior internship experience within GE On Wing Support or a GE Engine Services business
Demonstrated knowledge of lean and problem solving
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability .
Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology.
LEAP, GENX ,GE90, CFM, CF6, CF34, and GP7200 experience
Line maintenance, engine changes, module removal & installation, or LRU removals and installations
Borescope and Boro blend experience will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills.
NDT Level II Experience in Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
