Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the officeManage and coordinate administrative tasks and responsibilitiesEnsure that all items are invoiced and paid on timeProvide general support to visitorsMaintain office supplies and equipment inventoryOversee onboarding, orientation, training and scheduling volunteersEnsure filing systems are maintained and currentPoint person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errandsAssist head of ground and maintenance in maintaining the building/grounds and arrange necessary repairsAssist in planning in-house or off-site activities, like programs, special events celebrationsCoordinate schedules, appointments, and bookingsMaintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environmentOffice manager requirements:
