This position will work in the Senior Residence. Position Available: Working every other weekend 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (16 hours per pay period). Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities Evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs. Qualifications Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program; Current Minnesota license in good standing.
