About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Sr. Manager, Lead List Strategy and Optimization. In this key role, you will report to the Vice President of Consumer Direct Sales and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead list management processes. Your focus will be on optimizing the entire lead lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data, and maximizing the impact of our door to door sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and implement a robust lead list management strategy aligned with organizational sales goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
2. Data Quality and Integrity
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of lead databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Implement data governance best practices to uphold lead quality standards
3. Segmentation and Targeting
Create and refine lead segmentation strategies to tailor door to door sales campaigns effectively
Work closely with marketing, operations, engineering teams to identify and prioritize high value target segments for door to door
4. Technology Utilization
Evaluate and implement lead management tools and technologies to enhance overall efficiency of the door to door sales organization
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve lead management processes
5. Performance Analysis
Establish KPIs for lead list management and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategies
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance
6. Collaboration and Training
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their evolving needs and align lead management strategies accordingly
Conduct training sessions to empower team members to maximize use of lead list technologies, targeting strategies to boost performance and other targeting optimization opportunities
Do you have:
Proven experience in lead generation, database management, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of CRM software, lead management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
Even Better:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation.
Strong understanding of key growth metrics
Use of Sales Rabbit and/or other lead list management tools for Outside Sales

Qualifications
Desired Qualifications: College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
