Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and efficiency. This position involves owning budgets, accounting responsibilities, and managing administrative staff and office supplies. This is the Office Manager position for you if you have experience managing a wide range of tasks!
What you get to do every day
Support accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Provide support for accounting and human resources functions
Complete all applicant, new hire, and employee paperwork.
Requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Previous experience working within an ERP system and a 3rd-party payroll system
A/P and A/R experience with exposure to employee onboarding and compliance
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
