Working from home Wednesday's and Friday's.JOB SUMMARYThe ERP Specialist provides support to the function of corporate operations in the focus area of ERP project development and implementation and is responsible for the successful implementation of the ERP system within budget, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role will focus on optimizing the use of our ERP system, while leveraging strong analytical skills to drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is adept at understanding complex business needs and translating them into actionable ERP-based solutions. Additional areas of focus will include support of Information Systems, training, general operation projects, and business development.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Business AnalysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and processes.Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements that can be achieved through ERP enhancements.Map business processes to ERP functionalities, ensuring alignment and coherence.Ensures business processes are in alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements and ERP including:Data handling, storage, and transferLogs and records to support appropriate audit trailsUser access controlOperational reportingImplementationsPlay a critical role in ERP selection, customization, and deployment, ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives.Coordinate and lead ERP implementation projects from inception to post-deployment support including but not limited to:Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.Defining roles and responsibilities and creating a communication plan that includes regular status updates and stakeholder engagement.Managing project resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractorsMonitoring progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.Provide hands-on configuration and setup of ERP modules according to defined business requirements, which may include Power BI and other M365 applications.Training, Support, and Continuous ImprovementDesign and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions to end-users, ensuring efficient adoption of the ERP system.Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system queries, and troubleshooting issues.Monitor the effectiveness o
