　　Job Duties:

　　Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.

　　Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.

　　Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

　　Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.

　　Prepare and process documents, such as invoices, reports, and correspondence.

　　Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

　　Manage and update databases and records accurately.

　　Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

　　Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including handling expenses and reimbursements.

　　Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

　　Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

　　Prior experience in an office environment is a plus.

　　Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is beneficial.

　　Professional and friendly demeanor.

　　Strong problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

　　Discretion when handling confidential information.
