　　Are you a whiz around the office? Robert Half is looking for Office Clerks to assist our clients in the Albany area with basic office duties. The Office Clerk is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in a company including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records. Office clerks perform multiple tasks including a combination of answering telephones, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. 　　Job Duties:

　　Assist in general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

　　Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

　　Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

　　Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

　　Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.

　　Assist in the preparation of financial and administrative reports.

　　Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing visitors.

　　Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.

　　Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling expenses and invoices.

　　Keep the office area clean and organized.

　　Requirements

　　Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

　　Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

　　Basic understanding of office equipment and technology.

　　Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

　　Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

　　Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.

　　Previous office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
