　　Job Description

　　PCG is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for its corporate operations based in Lenexa, KS . This position is responsible for the following duties:

　　Assist with weekly check runs for vendors

　　Set up new vendors for corporate and branch locations

　　AP management reporting

　　Audit and approve branch and corporate travel and expense reports

　　Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized

　　Ability to work independently and with a team in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

　　Respond to Branch and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner

　　Possess good computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer functionality

　　Work well with others through all methods of communication

　　Prepare ad hoc reporting to management when needed

　　Requirements

　　Basic Requirements:

　　2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payableMinimum Requirements:

　　Must possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

　　Attention to detail required

　　Effective communicator

　　Self-starter and able to prioritize

　　Preferred Requirements:

　　Experience with multiple locations preferred

　　Local to the KC Metro area

　　Experience with the construction industry preferred
