Essential Functions:
Reviewing and archiving files in preparation of digitization of file system.
Scanning identified documents.
Categorizing documents per project for archive.
Purging obsolete files.
Keep management abreast of areas for efficiency improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
MS Office Suite.
Meticulous with the highest attention to detail.
A positive can-do attitude and professionalism.
Willingness to learn and be part of the land surveying industry.
Ability to pivot to changing situations and priorities.
Excited to work with a team but also able to excel on your own.
