　　Location: Ecumen Home Care & Hospice - Litchfield, MN; Buffalo Lake Health Care Center - Buffalo Lake, MN

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program

　　Current licensure or ability to obtain as Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice and/or nationally certified

　　Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice

　　Current CPR certification, preferred
