Responsibilities/dutiesMust be able to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production machinery and heavy equipment manufacturing equipment. (REQUIRED!!) Extensive experience with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery (valves, grinders, pumps,presses,cylinders, drills , brakes etc) (REQUIRED) Must be able to read blueprints and schematics. Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical machinery equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials. Perform routine inspections on machines and equipment. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Other duties as assigned. Experience:Must have heavy equipment manufacturing plant experience. (REQUIRED) Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) troubleshooting. Strong Electrical Background. Electrician’s License preferred, but not mandatory. Must have experience using a multimeter. Automation experience (REQUIRED).
