　　Job Description:

　　Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

　　Providence Transitional Care Center has a total of 52 beds with a good mix of acute stay residents vs. LTC. This unit is about stability and the work is fun and challenging. It has 12-18 Medicare beds.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy or

　　Master's Degree: Occupational Therapy or

　　Ph.D. Occupational Therapy

　　Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
